SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped within 7 working day after successful placement and finalisation of payment, from Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays. Shipping to and from our store is at the customer’s expense, and varies according to weight, size, shipping type, and location. In the event an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, we will contact you. You will be given the option to wait for the item to be restocked, or to cancel the order. Restocking depends on the manufacturer, and we will do our utmost to expedite this process and keep you updated at all times.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns under the following circumstances: Standard Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, in its original unopened packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon reception, so we can evaluate and rectify the situation. To initiate a return, contact us. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, special orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about the return policy for a specific item, feel free to contact us.

COST OF RETURNS

Regular purchased items approved for return carry a delivery charge payable by the consumer. Warranty claim items are subject to the conditions as laid out in the Warranty section below.

WARRANTIES

We warrant all products to be free of defects at the time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties. Any defective items will be sent to the official distributing agent for testing. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will exchange the product, issue a store credit, or a refund, as per the manufacturer’s decision.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, return the item you have and, upon acceptance, a store credit will be issued which can be used to purchase a new item(s).

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: Unavailability of ordered products: If a product is unavailable, we will refund you in full within 30 days. Approved returns: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time depends on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returned item(s), and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SHOPPING CART

Items placed in the Shopping Cart are not held for you. An order is not placed until you complete the checkout process. Items may be removed from the Shopping Cart as stock status changes. Service is our priority, and we will do whatever we can to ensure your experience with us is pleasurable. This policy is subject to changes without prior notice.
